During our editing session today we have continued to order our shots into the places that we believe will be most effective for our psychological horror. The editing process is taking much longer than we imagined because we didn't realise the vast amount of shots that we had done during our filming sessions. So we have continued putting all the shots that were done into an effective order. Then once we have them in order we can decide what does and doesn't fit with the order to our psychological horror trailer.

| Here is a chase scene shot, this image I have taken on Final Cut Pro X shows the timeline at the bottom showing were all are raw footage has been put. And then if you look in the top left-hand corner then you can see the vast variety of shots that we can choose from to incorporate into our trailer sequence. |

Here again is another view of the timeline and then in the bottom right-hand corner you can see the different transitions that we can us and we played around with these to find an effective look for this scary aspect of the trailer sequence. I went into the transitions and applied them over the raw footage and then me and my group watched them to see if they would be effective enough to work with the conventions of a psychological horror.
So overall we got quite a lot of our sequence put into place, however we are still considering changing some of the places were the raw footage has been positioned. This is because we want our trailer to be scary and still fit with the conventions. I would also like the connotations of props and characters to be clear to the audience as this is a vital part to ensure the audience know they're watching a psychological horror. |
