Moments of disequilibrium - This is when an event occurs that is disruptive for the characters in the movie, this can be a wide range of things and it usually upsets the character or characters, or angers them incredible but this sadness and anger is only small as they are only just noticing.
Recognition of disequilibrium occurring - This is when the character or characters know what is happening, or what has occurs and this is when they get incredible sad or anger. They look further into what they have discovered.
Disequilibrium - This when an attempt is made to repair the damage that has been created, the character looks for ways to solve the issue or how to make the problem less severe.

New Equilibrium - This is when there is a return to a new equilibrium which is when the problem has been solved and the character or characters are getting on with their new life. This theory usually ends with a good ending, this is good idea because it pleases the audience.
